Join Us: Help Build the Denver Bulldogs

The Denver Bulldogs are more than just players on the field—we’re a community project powered by volunteers, leaders, creatives, and partners who believe in what this club can be. If you’ve ever wanted to help build a sports club from the inside, this is your chance to shape the future of Australian Rules Football in Denver.

On this page, you’ll find opportunities to join us as a board member, coach, volunteer, sponsor, or behind‑the‑scenes legend helping with things like social media and the website.

Why Get Involved Off the Field?

Joining the Bulldogs in an off‑field role gives you:

  • A real say in how the club grows and where we’re headed

  • A ready‑made network of friends, teammates, and community contacts

  • Experience you can use in your career (leadership, marketing, events, design, operations)

  • The satisfaction of seeing your work turn into real trainings, games, events, and memories

Whether you’re an Aussie missing footy culture, a local who loves sport, or someone who just wants to give back, there’s a place for you here.

What we're looking for

Board and Leadership Roles

Help steer the club at a higher level.

We’re looking for people who can bring energy, ideas, and follow‑through in areas such as:

  • Club governance and strategy

  • Finance and budgeting

  • Sponsorship and partnerships

  • Events and community engagement

You don’t need to be a footy expert—just someone who cares about people, loves sport, and wants to help a community club thrive.

Coaches and Football Staff

Shape what happens on the field.

We’re always interested in:

  • Head coaches and assistant coaches (men’s, women’s, local, and youth/future)

  • Development coaches focused on new players

  • Support staff helping with drills, fitness, stats, or game‑day logistics

If you enjoy teaching, leading, or supporting players as they learn and compete, coaching with the Bulldogs is a rewarding way to stay close to the game.

Media, Marketing, and Website

Tell the story of the Bulldogs.

We’re looking for people who can help us share what’s happening in the club:

  • Social media contributors (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Content creators (video, photo, basic design)

  • Website editors and SEO‑minded helpers

  • Newsletter and email communications

If you like creating content, experimenting with ideas, or building an online presence, this is a chance to practice your skills and see real impact.

Events, Game Day, and General Volunteers

Keep the club running smoothly.

We always need people who can jump in and help with:

  • Game‑day setup and pack‑down

  • Running the scoreboard or timekeeping

  • Helping at fundraisers, watch parties, and social events

  • Welcoming new players and families at trainings and games

These roles are perfect if you want to help out but can only commit in smaller chunks throughout the season.

Sponsors and Community Partners

Support the Bulldogs and connect with our community.

If you run a business or work for an organization that wants to reach active adults and families in Denver, sponsoring the Bulldogs is a great way to do it. We offer flexible packages and can work with you to match your goals and budget.
