I am very proud that I have been given the Coaching Position for 1 more run.  Colorado Springs, for those that do not know, is where Charley and I were born.  Winning our 7th Title in the Springs is going to have special meaning to me this year. 
 
I am very happy to also announce that Bruce Durrell will be coming on board as my Asst. Coach.  He has always been there for me as a player and now I know he is going to take us to another level of excellence as a coach.
 
Our First Tournament is in Florida on the 12th and 13th of April in Florida.  This is going to be a fantastic weekend.  The fields are world class.  I need to know who is going to be there for us.  I expect that we are taking everyone.  Please reply with your intentions. 
 
We will be having running on Monday, Wed Night 6:00pm at Wash Park, and Sunday's 10:00am location TBD.
 
At this point you need to be getting your legs under you.  Starting this week you need to start hitting the track and getting miles under you.  Week 1-5 miles total and then up 2 miles a week until March 2.  I will again have a running schedule that peaks at the 6 week mark that will begin on March 2. 
 
If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.  We are also going to go over last years Nationals Final.  This will be a night coming up in March.
